The Arts & Spirituality Center, a Philadelphia nonsectarian multifaith organization, named Scott Gleeson Blue as managing director. Blue was a principal at Philadelphia-based marketing communications firm Zer0 to 5ive.

The center also hired Fatima James as program director. James had been a program consultant.

Parente Randolph's Forensic & Litigation Services Group said Christopher A. Welde had joined the group as a senior manager in the Philadelphia office. In 2005, Welde cofounded Forensic Insights, a firm that provided forensic, litigation, fraud and consulting services.

Razorfish, a Philadelphia digital marketing company, promoted Joshua Palau from group director to vice president of search engine optimization.

It also promoted Matthew Maynard from account manager to senior account manager.

St. Catherine Laboure Medical Clinic, a Germantown health-care clinic for the uninsured, named Jana Wilcox executive director. Wilcox also is the development director at Vizion Group Inc., a management, marketing and fund-raising company serving nonprofits in the Delaware Valley.

Kelleher Associates, Wayne, named Marcia M. Wilf senior partner of the career management and executive coaching firm. She had been executive vice president and general counsel of Trinity Capital Advisors, Conshohocken.

CETRA Language Solutions, Elkins Park, promoted Molly Stejskal to vice president. She had been a consultant at the customized language services company.

Rutherfoord, a risk management and insurance brokerage firm, said Joseph J. Cathcart had been appointed division manager of its Philadelphia office. Cathcart had been senior vice president of business development with Marsh, an insurance broker and risk adviser.

Rutherfoord also named Grace Rajewski account executive/producer for its Philadelphia office. She had been a vice president at a major insurance brokerage firm.
