If you're submitting tax forms by mail, and still haven't gotten them in the post, you'll find fewer late-night options this year.
Until 11:58 p.m.
With more people filing online, the U.S. Postal Service is offering only two spots in the region that will be open until 11:58 p.m. - that's right, a few minutes before midnight:
Tredyffrin, at the postal operations at 1000 W. Valley Rd.
Bellmawr, at 421 Benigno Blvd.
Until 9 p.m.
The main Philadelphia post office, 30th and Chestnut Street, will be open until 9 p.m. Beginning at 4 p.m. there, employees will be outside the building so that people can drive by and hand them tax returns in stamped envelopes. No postage? You'll have to go to the counter inside the building.
Note: The old main Philadelphia post office across from 30th Street Station has been closed.
Until 8 p.m.
Mount Laurel, 200 Walt Whitman Ave.
New Castle, Del.: 147 Quigley Blvd., New Castle, Del. (this is the site known as Hares Corner, not the New Castle post office).
