Citizens Financial Group, a Providence, R.I., commercial bank holding company with operations in the Philadelphia area, has named Judith M. von Seldeneck to its board. She is founder, chairwoman, and chief executive officer of Diversified Search, Philadelphia. She also cofounded the Forum of Executive Women and has been active on the boards of Teleflex Inc., Tasty Baking Co., and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Before starting her company, she was executive assistant to Vice President Walter F. Mondale for 10 years.

Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P., the Philadelphia partnership that acquires, owns, and operates refined-product and crude oil pipelines and terminal facilities, has elected Brian P. MacDonald to its board. He recently joined Sunoco Inc., Philadelphia, as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He was chief financial officer for the commercial-business unit of Dell Inc., Round Rock, Texas.

Stanley W. Silverman has been appointed to the board of Met-Pro Corp., a Harleysville company that makes product-recovery, pollution-control, and fluid-handling equipment. He fills the vacancy created by the death of Constantine Papadakis. Silverman is president of Horizon Venture Capital Group L.L.C. and was the former president and CEO of PQ Corp., Malvern.

The Entrepreneur's Forum of Greater Philadelphia, which supports the creation and development of high-growth firms in the area, has named Francis Taney president and Robert Leib president-elect. Taney is a shareholder at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney P.C., Philadelphia, where he is the chairman of the firm's Information Technology Litigation Practice Group. Lieb is president of Leib Solutions, Gibbsboro.
