The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has announced several promotions.

Todd Vermilyea has been promoted to vice president in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Department. Vermilyea had been an assistant vice president in the bank's SRC Department.

Robert F. Mucerino has been promoted to assistant vice president in the Treasury Services Department. Mucerino had been treasury services officer.

The bank also said Christopher Ivanoski was promoted to facilities officer in the Facilities Management Department. Ivanoski had been a manager.

Keith Morales has been promoted to information technology services officer from information security manager.

Greg Ramick has been promoted to officer in the Wholesale Product Office. Ramick had been a project manager in the Wholesale Product Office.

Kevin S. Kelly has joined the Inglis Foundation, a Philadelphia organization that works with people with physical disabilities, as vice president and chief financial officer. Kelly had been executive vice president and chief financial officer at Complete Healthcare Resources Inc., Dresher.

Frank W. Guthridge Jr. has been appointed executive director of the NHS Foundation, Lafayette Hill, which raises money to support programs sponsored by the nonprofit NHS Human Services. Guthridge most recently was vice president of development and communications at Elwyn Inc.

Todd Ermer has been named executive director of the Habitat for Humanity Burlington County Affiliate. Ermer joined Habitat for Humanity Burlington County as construction manager.

Masterpiece Advertising, Atlantic City, has named Barbara Chan vice president. Chan had directed casino marketing at Harrah's Atlantic City and Resorts Casino Hotel.

Tiffany Bucciarelli has been named general manager of The Sporting Club at the Park Hyatt at the Bellevue. She had been a personal trainer and massage therapist. In 2008, she bought the Lux Spa and Fitness at the Omni Hotel, which she continues to own.

Eileen Hawes has been named vice president of finance for The Michaels Organization, a Marlton residential real estate organization. She had been chief financial officer at the New Jersey Housing Finance Agency.

Acsis Inc., a Marlton manufacturing software company, said John J. DiPalo was promoted to chief technology officer. He had been senior vice president of product development and vice president of solutions engineering.

Also, Stephanie Seibel was promoted to vice president of finance and administration from director of finance.
