David A. Nasatir is the majority appointment to the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority by Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Todd Eachus. He is a partner in the Business and Finance Department of Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P., Philadelphia.
WSFS Financial Corp., the Wilmington parent of WSFS Bank, has elected Anat Bird to its board. Bird is president and CEO of SCB Forums Ltd., Flushing, N.Y., and has been president and CEO of California Community Bancshares and executive vice president of Wells Fargo Bank.
Skinny Nutritional Corp., the Bala Cynwyd maker of Skinny Water, has named Barry Josephson to its board of advisers. He is president of Josephson Entertainment and executive producer of the television show Bones.
Todd Kantorczyk, a partner of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., Philadelphia, has been appointed to the Tredyffrin Township Environmental Advisory Council.
Christopher A. Welde has been elected president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants for the 2010-11 fiscal year. He is a member of ParenteBeard L.L.C.'s Philadelphia office and specializes in forensic accounting and litigation services.

AmerisourceBergen Corp., a Valley Forge pharmaceutical-services company, has elected Kathleen W. Hyle to its board and its Audit and Corporate Responsibility Committee. Hyle is senior vice president of Constellation Energy Group Inc. and chief operating officer of Constellation Energy Resources.
Patsy Porter has been elected to the board of directors of the Federation of Burn Foundations, an association of burn-related organizations dedicated to serving their communities nationwide. She is president and CEO of the Philadelphia-based Burn Foundation.
