The Kimmel Center, a Philadelphia cultural nonprofit organization, has elected the following members to its board:

Roman McDonald is the president and cofounder of First Genesis Financial Group.

Joseph Redling is the chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of NutriSystem Inc.

Timothy Scheve is president and CEO of Janney Montgomery Scott L.L.C.

La Salle University has elected the following members to its board of trustees:

Farah M. Jimenez is president and CEO of the People's Emergency Center, a Philadelphia social-services agency.

Frank C. Palopoli is a retired real estate investment and development executive, as a partner with Vesterra Corp. and individually in FCP Group L.L.C.

Robert A. Kennedy Jr. is president and CEO of The Kennedy Cos.

Brennan P. O'Donnell is the president of Manhattan College in New York.

The Montgomery County Estate Planning Council, a professional organization for estate-planning professionals, has named the following officers and members to its board:

Bernard J. McLafferty Jr., a partner at McLafferty & Kroberger P.C., Erdenheim, is first vice president.
