InterDigital Inc., a publicly held King of Prussia mobile-phone-equipment supplier, has elected former Apple Inc. senior executive Gilbert F. Amelio to its board. Amelio joined the company's technical-advisory council in early 2010 and will relinquish that role. He is a senior partner at Sienna Ventures, a venture capital firm.
Cephalon Inc., a publicly held Frazer biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Charles J. Homcy to its board. He is a venture partner at Third Rock Ventures L.L.C. and co-chairman of Portola Pharmaceuticals Inc., a privately held biotechnology firm.
James R. Potts has been elected to the board of governors of the St. Joseph's Academy of Risk Management and Insurance. He is chairman of the insurance corporate and regulatory practice at Cozen O'Connor, Philadelphia.

Lisa A. Lori, a partner in the litigation department of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg L.L.P., has been elected co-regional director at Fashion Group International, a nonprofit professional organization for the fashion industry.
The Legal Marketing Association's Metro Philadelphia Chapter, has named Kimberly Alford Rice to its board. She is principal of KLA Marketing Associates.
Cathedral Kitchen, an independent, nondenominational nonprofit organization providing food and other services for the poor of Camden, has appointed William P. Carrozza, Catharine E. Gavin, and Glenn R. Giveans to its board. Carrozza is regional trust manager for TD Wealth Management. Gavin recently retired from Camden County as the deputy county administrator. Giveans is branch vice president for PMA Insurance Group in Philadelphia and Allentown.

The American Revolution Center, a nonprofit educational organization, has appointed Josephine J. Templeton and Beverly M. DuBose 3d to its board. Templeton retired as a senior clinical anesthesiologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. DuBose has been in real estate development and construction in Atlanta for the last 40 years.
