Advanced Call Center Technologies L.L.C. - a Berwyn provider of such services as contact centers, back-office support, and customer-relationship management - said Marc Keller had joined the company as chief compliance officer. Keller had been director of corporate compliance at Telerx Marketing Inc., a subsidiary of Merck & Co. Inc.
EwingCole Inc., the Philadelphia architecture, engineering interior design and planning firm, said principal S. Mark Hebden had been named president.
Thorp, Reed & Armstrong L.L.P. added two partners to expand the law firm's Philadelphia office. It also is hiring a team whose members will report to the new partners, David Nasatir and Jonathan Hugg. Nasatir, who joins as partner in the firm's financial and real estate transactions department, previously was vice chairman of the business and finance department at Obermayer, Rebmann, Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P. Hugg, a partner in the litigation department previously was at the litigation department of Obermayer Rebmann.
Hill International Inc., Marlton, said Peter J. Wallace had rejoined the company's construction-claims group as a senior vice president. Before rejoining Hill, Wallace founded the capital projects consulting practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services L.L.P., and most recently was principal. Wallace joined Hill in 1977, the year after it was founded, and left in 1996 as a senior vice president.
Catholic Health East, the Newtown Square health system, has announced the appointments of Sean Hughes as vice president, information services administrative officer; Stephen Walker as director, enterprise systems infrastructure; and Rosemary O'Connell as director, clinical informatics development and standards.
Hughes was previously the director, customer service and health system integration.
Walker most recently was manager, enterprise system administration.
O'Connell previously was the IS clinical team manager.
Kelly Connell has been hired as the new special education advocate at the nonprofit The Arc of Delaware County, which advocates for those with developmental disabilities and their families. Connell had been self-employed as a special-education teacher/educational consultant and as a vice principal at Chalutzim Academy.
