president. He is assistant vice president with Firstrust Bank.

The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which represents industry professionals working in regional television, elected the following officers and chapter leaders to its board of governors.

Brad Nau, senior executive producer, special projects at Comcast SportsNet, is president.

Dan Stamm, NBC10 content new media and interactive media researcher, is vice president.

Jim Depury, a producer at WGAL-TV, is treasurer.

Michelle Bradsher, director of marketing and communications at Melmark Inc., is secretary.

Besides the officers, the new board of governors includes:

Jeff Baxter, visual-effects director at Noir Worldwide L.L.C.

Cara Fry, vice president of television production at WITF-TV.

Jeff Hamer, former senior producer/director at NJN public TV.

Anne Linaberger, news director at KDKA-TV.

Drew Speier, anchor at WBRE-TV.

Holly Steuart, vice president and general manager at WHP CBS 21 and WLYH CW 15.

Dave Bohman, an investigative reporter for WNEP-TV.

Mike Goldrick, news director at WPXI-TV/PCNC.

Matt Roth, assistant news director at WFMZ-TV.

Karen Thomas, communications faculty member at Neumann University.

Connie and Sam Katz were named cochairs of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, an organization that supports the Israeli research university. Sam Katz is a former Philadelphia mayoral candidate and now is board chairman of the Pennsylvania Intergovernmental Cooperation Authority. Connie Katz is a community volunteer.

Marla and Robert Zipkin were named vice chairs. Robert Zipkin is founder and president of Med-Chem 101 L.L.C. Marla Zipkin is an early-childhood educator.

Named to the board are:

Irving Altman, president of Altman & Associates.

Jim Greene, director of business planning and analysis at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals.

Karen Greene, senior vice president, investors relations and marketing communications at ICG.

Glen J. Walton has been elected to the board of the United Way of Burlington County. Walton is a partner in the Voorhees office of Bowman & Co. L.L.P., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants.

The Epilepsy Foundation Eastern Pennsylvania has elected Paul M. Dick to the board. He is senior director USA sales, global market measurement at IMS Health Inc., Collegeville.

IBio Inc., a Newark, Del., biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Jules A. Müsing to its board. Müsing was vice president of worldwide licensing and business development at Johnson & Johnson.

The Thomas Eakins Head of the Schuylkill Regatta, a Philadelphia nonprofit organization that holds an annual rowing race and festival, has elected officers for the current year:

Lisa Verges Dunlop, senior associate of Schultz & Williams Inc., is president.

Kim Cook, assistant general counsel with Aramark Corp., is vice president.

Christopher Blackwall, senior consultant at Tapestry Advisors L.L.C., is secretary.

Mitch Budman, chief operating officer of Charles Ritter Inc., is treasurer.

Four new members were named to its board:

Ed Grose, executive director of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association.

Milton Schneider, principal and founder of The Glenville Group.

Bart Isdaner, president of Carlton Services L.L.C.

Anselm Sauter, public policy manager for the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
