She has been senior manager for children's programs with the Community Council for MH/MR in West Philadelphia and social-work supervisor with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville.
Lou Nazirides has been hired as director of energy services and government affairs at the energy-consulting and energy-services firm Pro-Tech Energy Solutions L.L.C. He had been business-development manager at Ingersoll Rand-Trane Co.
PC Scale Inc., an Oxford software firm, has hired Joe Callan as chief financial officer. He held the same position at MCS Group Inc. in Philadelphia.
CoreStates Capital Advisors L.L.C., a Newtown wealth-management and institutional-investment firm, has hired Stephanie Turzanski as marketing director. She had been account manager at the Deleon Group Inc.
Shemtob Law P.C., a Blue Bell divorce and family-law firm, has hired Cynthia Weiss Stein as of counsel.
Wolverton & Co., a Narberth real estate broker, has hired Holger Stenberg as regional vice president. Stenberg was broker of record for Homebuyers Marketing in Wayne.
The Star Group, a Philadelphia marketing-communications agency, has hired Steve Albertini as managing partner, strategic initiatives. Albertini ran his own consultancy, the Albertini Group, and was executive vice president and director of public relations for Tierney Communications Inc., Philadelphia.
The American Heart Association, Philadelphia, has hired Tracey Soulges as senior director of the Heart Ball. She had been senior director of institutional giving at the Please Touch Museum.

Cecilia Velasquez was named director of the eastern region. Velasquez had been Gaudenzia's director of correctional services.
Michael Coyle is director of finance and accounting. He had been controller at Montgomery County Community College.
Continental Bank in Plymouth Meeting has hired Carmen S. Italia Jr. as vice president of business development. Italia had been president of Montgomery County Economic Development Corp.
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc., of Chicago, has hired James Adams as managing director of a new Philadelphia construction group. Adams had been a vice president at Blue Rock Construction Inc., Burlington.
Also hired was Cameron Barr, as construction manager. Barr had been a senior project manager at Blue Rock.
