Luke Thomas was hired as account executive in the Philadelphia officer of Structure Tone. He was a project manager for Turner Construction Co.

Electronic Ink, a Philadelphia design consultancy, hired Gareth Pryce as vice president of client strategy. He will work to expand the company's presence in the United Kingdom and Europe. He had been director of client engagement for Ciklum.

Healthcare Providers Insurance Exchange, a Philadelphia malpractice insurer, hired Gerald Frazer as an account executive. He had been an account executive at MGIS Cos.

Beneficial Bank has promoted Jennifer MacMullen and Chris Jacobsen to market directors in Pennsylvania and Philip Corradino and Jill Ross to market directors in New Jersey. MacMullen was Folcroft branch manager. Jacobsen was chief operating officer of St. Edmond's Bank. Corradino was Mount Laurel branch manager. St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, hired Jeffrey Yarmel as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He was senior executive vice president and chief operating officer for the Cooper Health System and chief executive officer at the former Warminster Hospital.

DLA Piper hired Carl Buchholz as a partner in the Philadelphia office in its litigation practice. Buchholz had been managing partner and CEO at Blank Rome L.L.P.
