TMG Health Inc., a King of Prussia firm that handles claims administration and other services for Medicare, Medicaid and other health plans, named Lori Meyers vice president of operations support services. She served as vice president of operations and division CIO for Beacon Health Strategies.

Susan C. Aldridge, a senior fellow at the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and former president of the University of Maryland University College, will join Drexel University as senior vice president for online learning and president of Drexel e-Learning, effective Oct. 15.

New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, Trenton, hired Lawrence Krompier as vice president of member services. He had been executive director of the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce.

The board of governors of the 13,000-member Philadelphia Bar Association has selected Mark A. Tarasiewicz as executive director, effective Jan. 1. Tarasiewicz succeeds Kenneth Shear, who will retire Dec. 31. Currently, Tarasiewicz is associate executive director of the group.

Salveson Stetson Group, a Philadelphia retained executive-search firm, has hired Patricia Riley as search consultant. Riley had been an executive-search consultant with Caliber Associates.

Elemica, an Exton supply-chain operating-network provider for the process industries, promoted Ed Rusch to vice president, corporate marketing, from manager, marketing and sales operations.

Guaranteed Rate, a Philadelphia mortgage lender, hired Larry Cohen as vice president of business development for the Philadelphia area. Cohen was the regional manager for Trident Mortgage for seven years and also served as director of business development for four years.

Day & Zimmermann, a Philadelphia provider of industrial, defense, and workforce services for government and commercial customers, hired Doug Napodano as vice president of projects. He had been vice president of operations with PIC Group.

MacElree Harvey Ltd., West Chester, named Jacquelyn N. Gordon as an associate in the firm's business and corporate law, nonprofit law and tax departments. She had been an attorney at Stradley Ronon, Philadelphia.

CMF Associates, a Philadelphia provider of financial, operational, and human-capital service to private equity, middle-market, and small-cap public companies, hired Steven DelCarlino as manager-strategic sourcing, to direct all engagements and projects for the Return Accelerator Program.

Comcast Cable, Philadelphia, hired Ed Brassel as senior vice president, business intelligence. He will focus on business intelligence and data analysis. He had been senior vice president, marketing and business analytics, at DirecTV.

Intuitive Co., Philadelphia, named Rob Tannen director of usability and research. He had been director of user research and interface design at Bresslergroup. Aaron Martlage has been hired as director of design strategy. He had been creative director at Kit Digital.

Institutional Financial Markets Inc., a Philadelphia and New York financial-services firm specializing in credit-related fixed-income investments, named Lester Brafman chief executive officer. Brafman, who has served as president since June 2013, succeeds Daniel G. Cohen. Cohen will transition from CEO and chief investment officer to president and CEO of the firm's European operations.

Christopher M. Cohen has been promoted to director of operations, institutional accounts, at Turner Investments, a Berwyn employee-owned investment firm. He had been operations coordinator.
