Dave Gentile, former chief compliance officer for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, has become president and chief executive officer of a private- investigation firm, Protocol Security Partners L.L.C. Gentile began his turnpike career Oct. 1, 2012, and was a special agent in the Philadelphia office of the FBI for nearly 25 years.

Secant Medical Inc., a Perkasie developer, designer and maker of custom-developed biomedical textile structures for medical devices, hired Dawn Porter Eringis as vice president, business development and marketing. She had been vice president, commercialization and scientific affairs, at PolyMedix Inc., a biotechnology company that she co-founded in 2002.

Immunome Inc., a Wynnewood biotechnology company, appointed three new members to its management team: Jane H. Hollingsworth, executive chair; Joan Lau, chief operating officer, and Joel F. Sussman, chief financial officer. Hollingsworth is founder and managing partner of Militia Hill Ventures. Lau is founder and managing partner of Militia Hill Ventures and former president and chief executive officer of two venture- backed biotechnology companies. Sussman is a financial-management consultant who serves as chief financial officer for early-stage life sciences firms.

Hoover Financial Advisors P.C., Malvern, hired Peter A. Scilovati as a financial adviser. He held the same role in the Berwyn office of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

SSH Real Estate, Philadelphia, has hired Brian D. Mears to lead the firm's suburban Philadelphia office.

Citizens Bank, Philadelphia, named Chris Cordasco senior vice president and relationship manager of its Professionals Banking Group, responsible for the commercial-banking needs of law firms in the Philadelphia and D.C. areas. He had been senior vice president and treasury and cash management sales officer at Citi Private Bank.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, Philadelphia, named John Pauciulo, member (partner) in the Philadelphia office, as chair of the firm's corporate and financial transactions practice group. Before entering private practice, Pauciulo was a staff attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission's New York office.

TD Bank has promoted Michael D. Zulawski to vice president, commercial loan officer III in community lending in Philadelphia, from commercial loan officer II in Wilmington. Also, Ian-Christopher Jackson has been named assistant vice president, store manager, of a branch in Conshohocken. He had been a branch manager for PNC Bank.

Drinker Biddle & Reath named William L. Carr, a member of the firm's commercial-litigation practice group in its Philadelphia office, a partner. Justin J. Watkins, a corporate lawyer, has been named counsel.

Lisa Matson has been hired as general counsel at Penn Capital Management Co. Inc., Philadelphia. She had been senior counsel in the funds management group at Lincoln Financial Group.
