Liberty Lutheran, an Ambler nonprofit human-service organization, named Linda Breckenridge and Rick Stephan to its board. Breckenridge is a former science faculty member of the School District of Upper Dublin. Stephan was founder, president and CEO of NewSeasons Assisted Living Communities prior to establishing RickStephan & Associates.
The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association has named the following trustees: Joseph P. Guagliardo, who maintains a private practice in Doylestown and is a professor of surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine; Joan M. Grzybowski, a physician with the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine's Roxborough Healthcare Center in Philadelphia, George L. Weber, who maintains a private practice in Philadelphia and is a staff physician at Nazareth Hospital; and Christopher A. Davis, a physician at Springfield Sports Science Center and medical director at Heartland Home Health Care and Hospice in Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.
Formula Pharmaceuticals Inc., Berwyn, appointed Daniel D. Von Hoff chairman of the company's scientific advisory board. He is currently physician in chief, distinguished professor, and director of the clinical translational research division at TGen (Translational Genomics Research Institute), Phoenix, and chief scientific officer for U.S. Oncology and Scottsdale Healthcare's Clinical Research Institute.
Roland Adjovi, resident scholar at the College of Global Studies at Arcadia University, has been elected to the United Nations Working Group on Arbitrary Detention. A jurist with extensive teaching experience, Adjovi served as academic director at the Arcadia Center in Tanzania from 2009 to 2013. The working group was established in 1991 as a subsidiary of the Human Rights Council.
Scilex Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Malvern specialty-pharmaceutical company working to develop and commercialize products for the treatment of pain, named Jerrold Sendrow to its board. He founded J.B. Sendrow & Associates and had been vice president and chief financial officer at 800 Travel Systems Inc.
Harry J. Morris has been named president of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Family Physicians Society. He is professor and chairman of the family-medicine department at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a staff member at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia and Mercy Suburban Hospital in Norristown.
Efficiency First, a Washington-based national association for the home-performance industry, named Jeff Bartos, chief executive officer of the Mark Group in Philadelphia, to its board.
Philanthropy Network Greater Philadelphia, a regional membership association for organizations and individuals active in philanthropy, has elected Paul DiLorenzo vice president. He is a trustee at the Stoneleigh Foundation. Andrew Toy has been named treasurer. He is a trustee of the Merchants Fund, Philadelphia.

People's Light & Theatre, Malvern, elected Katharyn Kubursi to its board. She is a senior vice president, distribution management, and global client executive at ACE USA.
Stephen S. Aichele, a partner in the real estate practice at Saul Ewing L.L.P. and former general counsel and chief of staff to Gov. Corbett, has been elected to the board of the Pennsylvania State Employee Retirement System.
