Jane Runey Knox was promoted to chief operating officer at Healthcare Administrative Partners, a Media-based medical data and technology company.

Lydia Turner was hired as general manager of Ocean Prime Philadelphia, an American supper club. She had been general manager at Figo Pasta.

Matthew Lorei, associate professor of orthopedic surgery at Temple University, was named chief of the Division of Orthopedics, Department of Surgery at Chestnut Hill Hospital.

Gallop Solutions, an independent software-testing services company with Philadelphia operations, named Matthew Shapiro its vice president of sales for the U.S.

Physiotherapy Associates, an Exton provider of outpatient rehabilitation services, hired Paul Solomon as chief financial officer. He had been chief financial officer of Solstas Lab Partners.

Mary S. Kohnke Wagner joined the Philadelphia law firm of O'Hagan L.L.C. as senior associate. She had been a shareholder with Marshall, Dennehey.

Michael Prushan was appointed program director for business at Harcum College in Bryn Mawr. He had been interim director of the MBA program at Delaware Valley College.

Chuck Sessa of UBS Institutional Consulting has been promoted from institutional consultant to senior institutional consultant.

Arcadia University named Rebecca Craik dean for its College of Health Sciences, and Philip McClure chair of its Department of Physical Therapy. Craik joined the physical therapy faculty in 1983 and was named chair of the department in 1993. McClure is a professor of Physical Therapy who joined Arcadia in 1998.

Edward J. Estrada, former managing partner of the New York office of Reed Smith L.L.P., has replaced Michael Pollack as the firm's global head of strategy. Pollack was named chief legal officer, replacing Carl Krasik, who retired June 30.

Tompkins VIST Bank, Wyomissing, hired James Acquaviva as vice president and commercial banking relationship manager. He previously was a vice president with Wells Fargo Bank.

TD Bank named James C. Ainsworth senior vice president, head of organizational development and talent in human resources in its Mount Laurel office. He had been vice president, senior human resources partner at American Express.

Conner Strong & Buckelew, a Marlton insurance, risk management and employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm, hired Philip Glick as senior vice president. He had served as senior vice president for ECBM, where he was a partner and consulting group practice leader. Bill Motherway will join the company as president of the firm's New York operations. Motherway previously served as executive vice president for Tishman Construction Corp..

TheVillage (formerly Presbyterian Children's Village), Rosemont, hired Jory Barrad as director of development. He had been director of major gifts for Bancroft, Cherry Hill.

The Cumberland County Board of Vocational Education appointed Mario Olsen assistant superintendent of curriculum and instruction for the Cumberland County Technical Education Center. Olsen had been a principal at Vineland High School.

Tandigm Health, a Philadelphia network of primary care physicians in Southeastern Pennsylvania, hired Kenneth Goldblum as chief medical officer. A practicing, board-certified internist and geriatrician, Goldblum had been medical director of Gateway Medical Associates.
