Cradles to Crayons, Philadelphia, named the following to its board: Jude Henzy, case manager of the Inter-Faith Housing Alliance; Anand Kini, executive vice president of strategy and business insight for NBCUniversal; Sean McManus, vice president of human resources at De Lage Landen; Jill Schubert, president of the Chesapeake district of UPS; Steven Singh, director of electric operations at Peco Energy; and Gloria Watson, president of the Mid-Atlantic region of AIG Property Casual.
The nonprofit Philadelphia Police Foundation has elected Judith L. Mondre, founder and president of Mondre Energy Inc., Philadelphia, and Bradley J. Korman, co-CEO of Korman Communities, Plymouth Meeting, to its board. Reelected to new terms on the board are John K. Binswanger, chairman, Binswanger Cos.; John McNesby, president, Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #5; Joseph Carlini, CEO, McKean Defense Group L.L.C.; Janice Tangradi, market manager, 7-Eleven; Matt Rovine, senior account manager at WMMR-FM; Lee Daney, president, North Star Strategies Inc.; William Bergman, vice president and chief of staff, Temple University; and Lawrence Rubin, owner of Rubin Public Relations. The foundation works to fund equipment, programs, and training requests needed for the Philadelphia Police Department.
Walter J. Koch is chair-elect of the Cardiovascular Division of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics. He will serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2015. He is professor and chair of the department of pharmacology, director of the Center for Translational Medicine, and the William Wikoff Smith Endowed Chair in Cardiovascular Medicine at Temple University School of Medicine.
The Starfinder Foundation elected as board president George Hasenecz, senior vice president for investments at Brandywine Realty Trust. The nonprofit offers soccer, educational, and personal-development programs to inspire young people from underserved communities.
Tyler Tomlinson and Bianca A. Roberto were elected to the Bucks County Bar Association board. Both work for the law firm Stark & Stark, Yardley. Tomlinson is a shareholder and member of the accident and personal-injury group; Roberto is an associate and a member of the business and corporate group.
Valley Forge pharmaceutical-sourcing and distribution-services company AmerisourceBergen Corp. elected Ornella Barra to its board. Barra is executive vice president of Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. and president and CEO of Global Wholesale and International Retail.

Lorena E. Ahumada, of counsel to the Philadelphia law firm Kleinbard L.L.C., was elected to serve as president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania Legal Education Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the professional and educational advancement of Latinos in the legal profession.
Ballard Spahr associate Eileen B. Quigley, who represents businesses and individuals in real estate and land-use matters, was named to the board of Philadelphia's Magic Gardens, a nonprofit mosaic art gallery and community arts center in South Philadelphia.
Stephanie J. Zane, a partner in the matrimonial and family law departments at Archer & Greiner P.C., Haddonfield, was appointed to serve on the National Program Award Committee for the American Inns of Court, a committee made up of 21 members from across the county. Zane has also been reappointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Character.
