King of Prussia District, a nonprofit business-improvement district, has named Eric Davies to its board. He is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Wurzak Hotel Group.

The Free Library of Philadelphia said Mayor Nutter has appointed Brigitte Daniel and Donald Generals to the board of trustees. Daniel is executive vice president of Wilco Electronics Systems Inc. Generals is president of Community College of Philadelphia.

Einstein Healthcare Network, Philadelphia, has elected Lawrence S. Reichlin chairman of the board of trustees and the board of overseers. Reichlin is chairman of Zuckerman Honickman Inc.

The following were named to the board of overseers: Chetan Bagga, founder and managing director of Archetype Solutions Group; Derek Fitzgerald, who works with Team in Training, a nonprofit endurance and fund-raising arm of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; Jay Goldstein, president of Valley Green Bank, a division of Univest Bank & Trust Co.; Gabriela Guaracao, director of strategy and operations at Al Día News Media; Timothy Haahs, president of Timothy Haahs & Associates; Jeri Lynne Johnson, founder and music director of the Black Pearl Chamber Orchestra; Ted Kapnek, president of Apex Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Firstrust Bank; and Bobbi Wasserman, a Realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach Realtors.

Navigate, a management-consulting firm based in Wayne, has named to its advisory board Fritz Bittenbender, executive vice president, public affairs, of the Biotechnology Industry Organization.

Amit Shah, has been named a member of the new Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Shah is a partner at Martin Law.

Karl S. Myers has been named to the board of the American Red Cross' Penn-Jersey Blood Services Region. He is counsel at Stradley Ronon, Philadelphia.

Hillel of Greater Philadelphia, which serves Jewish college students, has elected the following board members: Jill Lock, director of marketing at Isdaner & Co. L.L.C.; Alan Schapire, founding principal of Convergent Financial Strategies L.L.C.; business consultant Ken Greenberg; and Emily Lindsay Simons, vice president of the student board of Hillel at Temple University.

Jonathan C. Goodwin has joined the scientific advisory board of Veterinarian Recommended Solutions in Plymouth Meeting. He is chief medical officer of Veterinary Nuclear Imaging and of Goodwin Veterinary Cardiology.

Triumph Group Inc., a publicly held Berwyn supplier of aerospace components, has named Dawne S. Hickton to its board. Hickton is vice chair, president, and CEO of RTI International Metals Inc.

Jim Boyd, managing partner with Devon Financial Partners L.L.C., in Wayne, was appointed secretary of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of Greater Philadelphia. Steven Earhart, managing partner of the firm, was named a director.
