Verdi J. DiSesa has been named president and CEO of Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He will maintain his duties as chief operating officer of Temple University Health System and senior vice dean for clinical affairs in the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

TargetX, a Philadelphia higher-education technology firm, has hired Vivian Wong as chief technology officer. She had been senior vice president of engineering at Service Max.

The public water utility Aqua America Inc. has hired Deborah Watkins as director of water quality and environmental compliance. Watkins replaces Colleen Arnold, who was promoted to deputy chief operating officer in September. Watkins had been senior project manager at O'Brien & Gere.

Alexandra Kirtley the Montgomery-Garvan associate curator of American decorative arts, has also been promoted to full curator.

Milligan & Co. L.L.C., a Philadelphia consulting and accounting firm, has hired Angela Giunta as marketing manager. She had been senior marketing specialist for Expert Global Solutions.

Michael Connor has joined Alpha Card Services, Philadelphia, as vice president. He had been director of finance at Member Solutions.

Elaine S. Cruz has been promoted to sales and service manager of a TD Bank branch in the Cottman section of Philadelphia, from senior customer sales and service representative. Also, Jose M. Catedra has been promoted sales and service manager of a branch in Mercerville from assistant store manager in Somerville.

Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, has hired Christopher Benevento as director of guest services and operations. He had been regional vice president for Savor Food Service/SMG Management.

Megan Duryea Santana has been hired as executive vice president and general counsel for Univest Corp. and Univest Bank & Trust Co., Souderton. She had been a partner at Fox Rothschild L.L.P.

Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has elected the following shareholders in its Philadelphia office: Jason W. Bialker, member of the firm's health-care department; Joanna D. National Penn Bancshares Inc., Allentown, has promoted Gary S. Kinn to senior vice president, from commercial real estate relationship manager.

Monica Lam has been named academic dean of Philadelphia University's School of Business Administration, effective July 1, 2016. She is professor of accounting and information systems at California State University at Sacramento.

Salveson Stetson Group, a retained executive search firm in Bryn Mawr, has hired Michael A. Biondolillo as senior vice president. He had been senior vice president of human resources for Henkel. He led global human-resources initiatives for several blue-chip clients in addition to Henkel, including QVC Inc., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., MG Industries, and General Electric.

Dennis J. Butler has been promoted to partner from associate of Philadelphia intellectual property law firm Panitch Schwarze Belisario & Nadel L.L.P. Butler focuses on patents in the areas of mechanical technologies, including medical devices, automotive mechanisms, and clean-tech technologies.

Katrina M. Wiseley has been promoted to assistant vice president, store manager, of a TD Bank branch in Chadds Ford, from assistant store manager in Media.

Urban Engineers, Philadelphia, has promoted Carol Martsolf to director of training from manager of training.

SEI, Oaks, has promoted Paul Klauder, formerly head of sales for SEI's Institutional Group, to executive vice president of SEI and head of the SEI Institutional Group. Klauder takes over the position from Edward D. Loughlin, who retired on Jan. 31, 2016, after more than 36 years with the company.

First Priority Bank, of Malvern, has hired Anne-Marie Nicola as vice president of the Real Estate Finance Division. She had been vice president of commercial lending at Valley Green Bank in Philadelphia.

Primus Green Energy, a Hillsborough, N.J. gas-to-liquids technology company that transforms methane and other hydrocarbon gases into gasoline, methanol and diluent, has hired Gautam Khatu as company's vice president of program development. Khatu's has more than 30-years experience in the petrochemical industry. He most recently served as vice president of business development at Chemtex Group. Prior to that, he served as project director for Chemtex, where he was responsible for the execution of a variety of capital projects, primarily in Asia, in countries including India, China, Taiwan, Korea and Vietnam, among others
