The Committee of Seventy has elected Bret S. Perkins board chairman. He will be the good-government group's first African American chair in its 112-year history. Perkins, who is vice president of external and government affairs at Comcast Corp., succeeds Stephen S. Tang, CEO of the University City Science Center. Perkins has been a member of the board and executive committee for the last decade.

Attorney Rhonda Hill Wilson, of the Law Offices of Rhonda Hill Wilson PC, has been appointed to the Investigative Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Judicial Evaluation Commission. The panel evaluates candidates for appellate court.

The Pennsylvania Association of Chamber Professionals has elected Bernard Dagenais chair. He is president and CEO of the the Main Line Chamber of Commerce. Also named to its board were Rob Wonderling and Marianne Martelli. Wonderling is president and CEO of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber. Martelli is vice president of operations of the Chester County Chamber of Commerce.

WebMD Health Corp., New York, has appointed Ian G. Banwell to its board. He founded and was CEO of Round Table Investment Management until 2015. He is currently managing partner of Aberdeen Enterprises LLC.

Patrick L. Ryan, president and CEO of First Bank, Trevose, has been appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia's Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council. The council is composed of representatives from commercial banks, thrift institutions, and credit unions

David Senoff was appointed by then-Pennsylvania Attorney General-elect Josh Shapiro to serve on the Personnel and Planning Task Force. He is a shareholder at Anapol Weiss, Philadelphia.

Christiana Care Health System, Wilmington, has named Doneene Keemer Damon chair of the board of directors at Christiana Care. Keemer is executive vice president of Richards, Layton & Finger. It also named community leader Penelope T. Saridakis as chair of its board of trustees. Philip S. Reese, a financial businessman who helped establish both Connectiv and Manufacturers Hanover Bank, was elected vice chair of the board of trustees.

New members of the board of directors include: Lolita A. Lopez, president and CEO of Westside Family Healthcare; Andrew M. Lubin, president and founder of Delaware Financial Group; and Nicholas M. Marsini Jr., retired regional president for PNC Bank of Delaware.

The following were elected trustees of Christiana Care: Lois S. Galinat, chair of the Friends of the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute; Donna M. Goodman, vice president and chief financial/operating officer at Westside Family Healthcare; Daryl A. Graham, vice president of global philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase & Co; Georgianna Riley, president of the Junior Board of Christiana Care Inc.; LaKresha S. Roberts, an attorney with the Delaware Department of Justice; Rev. Thomas G. Speers III, interim pastor of Greenhill Presbyterian Church; and Aubree Kemble Wellons, owner of Adorn Goods-Artful Home & Epicure and Dilwyne Designs.

American Pakistan Foundation, a Washington, D.C. nonprofit dedicated to lasting ties between the people of the United States and Pakistan, has named foreign policy expert Shamila N. Chaudhary to its board. She is a Senior South Asia Fellow at the D.C.-based think tank, New America and Senior Advisor to Dean Vali Nasr at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.  Chaudhary specializes in U.S. counterterrorism and national security issues, U.S.-Pakistan relations, Pakistan internal politics and regional issues in South Asia.  She previously worked at the political risk firm, Eurasia Group and has twelve years of experience working in the U.S. government, most recently at the White House as Director for Pakistan and Afghanistan on the National Security Council. Prior to her tenure at the NSC, she served on the U.S. Department of State's Policy Planning Staff, where she provided advice on Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Donald K. Warne, chair of the Department of Public Health at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND, and a member of the Oglala Lakota tribe, has been elected to the March of Dimes National board of trustees, White Plains, N.Y. He serves as the senior policy advisor to the Great Plains Tribal Chairmen's Health Board, and is adjunct professor at Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
