Rite Aid extends exchange offer for senior notes
Rite Aid Corp. of Camp Hill said today it had extended - until 5 p.m. today - an exchange offer for holders of its 9.5 percent senior notes due 2017.

The offer had been scheduled to expire yesterday at 5 p.m. The $810 million in notes were first issued on June 1.

Shares were down 10 cents, to $3.71 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
