CubeSmart increases dividend 14%

CubeSmart, a Wayne real estate investment trust that specializes in self-storage facilities, boosted its quarterly dividend 14 percent, to 8 cents per share from 7 cents per share.

The new dividend is payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Jan. 5.

CubeSmart's shares were up 28 cents, or about 3 percent, to $10.16 on the New York Stock Exchange.    - Harold Brubaker
