The Met Philadelphia wants to fill more than 200 positions at a job fair this month.

The Met Philadelphia, a North Philadelphia concert venue scheduled to open Dec. 3, has scheduled a job fair with the goal of filling more than 200 positions, including event staff, ticket takers, security, box office, VIP hosts, event cleaning, porters, supervisors, and superintendents, the Met said Monday.

The job fair will take place at The View (800 N. Broad St.) on Friday, October 26, from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday, October 27, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., The Met said. Job seekers should apply online at http://themetphilly.com/jobs ahead of time or bring a copy of their resume, along with two forms of identification to the job fair.

The Met, at the corner of North Broad and Poplar Streets, is undergoing a $58 million renovation under a partnership of with Live Nation, Eric Blumenfeld, and Holy Ghost Headquarters. The facility, opened in 1908 as the Philadelphia Metropolitan Opera House, will have a capacity of 3,500.
