WHAT'S IN THE WATER over at the news stations? Everyone's getting pregnant.

NBC10's Deanna Durante will have to find a red maternity gown when she co-hosts the upcoming Red Ball with colleague Keith Jones. Durante is expecting her second child with hubby Tim Swan. She hasn't announced on air yet, but the station knows Durante is expecting.

The couple welcomed their first child, Maya Elizabeth Swan, back in August 2011.

Jones and Durante will host the annual Red Cross fundraiser at the Please Touch Museum on March 8.

Then there's CBS3's Nicole Brewer, who announced she was pregnant with her first child, tweeting a picture of her 8/2/14 due date. This is the former Miss Pennsylvania's first child with her husband, Kellen Economy, a vice president of an HR strategy firm.

Brewer and Economy were married in 2009 and have been together since they were 18.

With all of the newscaster pregnancies of late, the stations might think about investing in day-care centers.

LL meets CG

Actor-rapper LL Cool J caught last weekend's Flyers 2-0 win against the LA Kings (a/k/a Flyers West). After the game, the recent Grammys host stopped by the locker room and chatted it up with some of the players, including Claude Giroux.

Local SB ad goes epic

The creator of one of the most epic Super Bowl ads ever is from Bristol.

Too bad it didn't air in Philly, but several news sites, including Deadspin, the Huffington Post and Buzzfeed, picked up the video. You can catch it at ph.ly/virallaw.

Savannah, Ga., lawyer Jamie Casino unleashed the action-movie-style ad on his local affiliate during Sunday's Super Bowl. The ad featured Casino in a revenge narrative as he tells the story of his little brother Michael's murder on Labor Day 2012, prompting Casino to switch from a criminal-defense attorney to a personal-injury lawyer and advocate for his slain younger brother, a Pennsbury alum. The ad, written and directed by Casino, calls out Savannah's chief of police, Willie Lovett, and features explosions, pounding guitars and Casino smashing a grave, emblazoned with Lovett's image, with a sledgehammer.

"If you're going to do something like this, you have to have a little Philadelphia in it," Casino told me.

The YouTube description for the ad says Casino "created the ad to set the record straight in the Biggest Game of the Year, Super Bowl XLVIII."

Casino, or Jamie Biancosino, is a Bristol native, whose father, Joe Biancosino-Downey, is the former mayor of Tullytown. Casino graduated from Harry S. Truman High School in Bristol and Temple University before heading to Florida for law school and later Savannah to set up his practice. The bio on his website, luckylegal.com, discusses his roots, saying "he took a blue collar, hard working ethic to his law practice and quickly became known as an aggressive lawyer willing to fight vehemently for those who could not fight for themselves."

So how much does a commercial like this cost? "It's not cheap, I'll put it that way," he said with a laugh.

Tom + Lorenzo in print

Renowned celebrity fashion bloggers Tom Fitzgerald and Lorenzo Marquez (tomandlorenzo.com), who proudly call Philly their home, release their first book today, Everyone Wants to Be Me or Do Me. It's a hilarious critique of celebrity culture, done as faux self-help. It feels both timeless - few celebs are mentioned by name - and current, looking at scandal, style and how to live life to the most fabulous.

It's mandatory reading for anyone who loves celebs, and considering you're reading this column, that means you.

Their very first book signing is tonight at Barnes & Noble (1805 Walnut St.) at 7 p.m.

It took TLo 2 1/2 years to complete their first tome, starting with short chapters, like "Attention-whoring," "The Well-Orchestrated Cheating Scandal" and "The Epic Break-Up," and expanding them so they could retain the voice their (literally) hundreds of thousands of loyal readers know and love, while still giving the audience something new.

"It literally felt it was being pulled out of my head," Fitzgerald told me about his writing process.

Their next book is in the works, called Girl, That's Not Your Dress, based on one of their more popular posts. It's more than a style book, Marquez said, equating it to the megapopular He's Just Not That Into You, which was adapted into a movie.

Although TLo are constantly questioned on why they don't live in fashion capital NYC, they say it's not their style.

"We like the idea of making a splash from Philly," Fitzgerald said. "It hasn't held us back. If it means we can't go to more parties, that's just not how we live our lives."

WERQ, boys.
