Boys want to play, stay together

Nasir, 7, loves anything to do with sports and wants to be a professional basketball player when he grows up. A playful child, he enjoys being tickled. Generally quiet when meeting new people, he gradually warms up, especially when the conversation is about sports or cartoons.

Nasir, 7, loves anything to do with sports and wants to be a professional basketball player when he grows up. A playful child, he enjoys being tickled. Generally quiet when meeting new people, he gradually warms up, especially when the conversation is about sports or cartoons.

In first grade, Nasir gets along well with his teacher and classmates. He is a good student and his teacher says his work is beautiful.

His brother Deamon, 5, likes to play in the dirt and sing. He loves holding a microphone and putting on a show. He gets along well with his brother, and just being around him puts Deamon at ease. Now in kindergarten, Deamon benefits from special-education services and individual attention.

The siblings, who reside in the same foster home, are very active and enjoy running, exploring, and just having fun together. The boys need a patient, loving forever family that will welcome them both into their home so they can grow up together. It is vital that the siblings stay in contact with two other brothers who have been adopted. Nasir and Deamon are eligible for financial subsidy.
