They met
Jennifer, 26, and Kevin, 30, met in October 2004 at the after-party for a South Philly 5K run and walk. Jennifer walked, and Kevin ran. So did their mutual friend, Sean, who introduced them. Jennifer and Kevin soon joined Sean and his then-girlfriend on a double date - a haunted hayride.
He asked
In December 2006 at Disney World. The couple had traveled to Disney the previous year when Kevin ran a marathon there, and they fell in love with the place. This trip was Jennifer's birthday present. The two watched the Magic Kingdom fireworks, and then Kevin asked to take a photo beneath Cinderella's castle. But when they got to the right spot, he instead said he had an early Christmas gift. "He got down on his knee and said, 'I think it's time we start a family. Will you marry me?' " Jennifer said.

Doing it their way
The couple were honored to have Kevin's father leading them through their vows.
Ever since the proposal, all things Disney have become sentimental, so Jennifer chose a white satin dress reminiscent of what Belle wore in Beauty and the Beast. "When You Wish Upon a Star" played as the couple entered the reception, and each table was festooned with large stars, telling the guests that a donation to the Make a Wish Foundation had been made in their honor.
Not a dry eye
The guests were moved by the "family dances" - Jennifer danced with her father and then her brother; Kevin danced with his mom and his grandmother.
Bloopers
During the ceremony, best man Tim dropped Kevin's wedding ring. After Jennifer placed it on her new husband's finger, Kevin made a huge show of dusting it off. Laughter spread through the church.
Jennifer says
Wendy, of Peter Pan fame, had it right. "It all began with faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust," Jennifer said.
