6ABC's Jamie Apody has baby boy

CONGRATULATIONS TO 6ABC sports anchor Jamie Apody and her husband, Paul Coleman, who welcomed a baby boy, Tanner Andrew Coleman, on Saturday morning. Little dude weighed in at 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and mom and baby are doing great. Apody was in great spirits leading up to her labor, joking with her Twitter followers who wished her a safe and speedy delivery.

Singer Mary J. Blige partied in a VIP section of the Toga Bar at Caesars Atlantic City on July 4, sipping Ciroc Coconut and Patron Silver with friends. Blige, who has a summer residency performing at the hotel, stayed in a Senator Suite.

Jamie Foxx partied for a few hours at the Toga Bar Thursday, drinking Grey Goose and Patron in the VIP section and hanging out with DJ Webstar, appearing to help him spin for more than an hour. Friday night, Foxx hosted a party at The Pool After Dark at Harrah's.

Runnemede, N.J., comedienne and former radio host Dena Blizzard is one of the 25 finalists in the "Live! with Kelly" Coast to Coast Co-Host search to co-host the ABC show for a day with South Jersey native Kelly Ripa.

Fans have been voting online at livewithkelly.tv and the top 10 finalists will be announced on Monday's show.

Speaking of "Live! with Kelly," Rydal, Pa.'s Marissa and Jeff Silverman will be part of Date Night Makeover Week and seen on Thursday's episode. The couple have been married 17 years. Their makeovers, by fashion guru Lawrence Zarian, will be unveiled during the show which airs at 9 a.m. on ABC.

Ripa's co-host is "SNL" head writer/Weekend Update anchor Seth Meyers.

Numerous online sources say Meyers is the favorite to land the permanent gig as co-host.

Anzio Williams has been named news director of NBC10, replacing Chris Blackman, who left the station last month after 10 years in the job. Williams recently worked at KCRA-TV, the NBC affiliate in Sacramento, Calif., and before that worked in New Orleans; Orlando, Fla.; and Miami, among other cities.

Nick McIlwain, of 93.3 WMMR's Preston & Steve Show, hosts a Celebrity Bartending Night from 6 to 9 p.m. July 12 at Xfinity Live to raise money for his Mount Kilimanjaro Climb for a Cure.

Later this summer, McIlwain will attempt to climb the mountain in Tanzania, Africa, to raise money for Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare and deadly genetic disease affecting children.
