Kesha: He abused me
Kesha Rose Sebert, 27, on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against former music producer Dr. Luke (Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) alleging she has been "sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused" for nearly a decade by him.
Kesha says Dr. Luke once forced her to snort an unnamed drug before a plane flight, then he "continuously forced himself" upon her. Kesha, who did a stint in rehab in January, has blamed Dr. Luke for her eating disorder.
Dr. Luke's lawyer, Christine Lepera, who has filed a countersuit, tells USA Today the singer's claims are scurrilous and part of a campaign to smear him.
Then Kesha's man, Lalaland power attorney Mark Geragos, counter-counter-attacked: "This is just another pathetic and entirely predictable example of Dr. Luke's continued abuse, and a misguided attempt to keep Kesha under his tyrannical control." Wow.

Breaking quarantine
Today's Matt Lauer on Tuesday admitted that NBC News' chief medical editor Nancy Snyderman, who is supposed to be under a 21-day quarantine after one of her cameramen contracted Ebola in Liberia, did break the order. She was spotted hanging out in her Mercedes outside an eatery in Hopewell, N.J.
