At 1 p.m. Sunday on WRTI-FM (90.1) hear a rebroadcast of Week Two of the Philadelphia Orchestra's January St. Petersburg Festival. Yannick Nézet-Séguin conducts Sergei Rachmaninoff's Symphony No. 2 and his instantly recognizable Prelude in C-sharp minor, orchestrated by Leopold Stokowski. Also on the program is the North American premiere of Mark-Anthony Turnage's jazzy new Piano Concerto, played by Marc-André Hamelin.
