It's tough launching a new show. After years of ripping Hollywood celebrities at Fox News, in her first week on NBC's Today, Megyn Kelly has annoyed Jane Fonda with plastic surgery questions and Will & Grace's Debra Messing by simply working for the same network.

Then there are the inevitable technical glitches:

Kelly was in the middle of an interview with USA Soccer star Carli Lloyd — a South Jersey native — when one of her cameramen stepped into the frame and then cursed at himself.
