She made out with her son's best friend

One of my best friends told me that she made out with her son's best friend.

Q: One of my best friends told me that she made out with her son's best friend. She claims he came on to her, but I'm not so sure. When she told me, I pointed out how wrong she was. Her response was that since he's over 18, he's an adult and can make his own decisions. I'm a mom myself, and I wouldn't want a 40-something woman being sexual with my son. I backed off but can't help wondering if I should warn the boy's mother.

Mia: Go ahead. You may lose your friend, but is this desperado really the type of friend you want around your kids?

Steve: While this is distasteful, it is not illegal. One thing you don't mention is whether cougar-mom is married. If so, she is being reckless in the extreme. If you want to help your friend, have another chat with her.

If she's single, suggest ways she can meet men her own age and offer to help her do so. But if you go to the kid's mom, it is likely to ignite an explosion - and you will be collateral damage.

Q: I've been seeing this guy for three months. He never orgasms through oral sex. Am I doing it wrong? What am I missing?

Mia: Maybe nothing. Is he complaining? The real issue though, has to do with you. You just started seeing this guy and you are tripping about his sexual satisfaction? How's yours?

Does he please you? Are you getting what you want in the relationship? Focus more on you for now and don't worry about him.

You don't even know who this man really is. Work on becoming friends first and see where that leads. Then maybe you could focus on giving him the best oral sex ever. Also, make sure you are practicing safe sex.

Steve: I'm with Mia on this one. If he's not complaining, then why worry? Plus, if you really like the guy and want a future together, oral sex is probably not the foundation block you'd start with in building a serious relationship.
