The PSPCA is offering a "Name Your Own Price" cat-adoption promotion through June.
THE Daily News Pet of the Week is Lokey, a 3 1/2-year-old male tabby cat at the Pennsylvania SPCA.
Lokey is sweet and affectionate, has had his shots and has been neutered. He comes with a month of free pet insurance.
