Dom Streater, a Philadelphia-based women's wear designer, was crowned the winner of Lifetime network's Project Runway All Stars Thursday night.

Streater - who won Project Runway season 12 back in 2013 - impressed celebrity judges with an eight-look collection inspired by the hustle and bustle of New York city. The dazzling line of sportswear was infused with a few dressy chic touches and included one men's look.

Streater, known for her electric prints, made all of the textiles. This collection's fabrics featured the geometric lines of skyscrapers and muted lights of city nights. Streater also hand-painted all of the leather pieces.

As the top finisher, Streater will receive: the opportunity to design an exclusive line of jewelry for fast-fashion company BaubleBar and a capsule shoe collection for Chinese Laundry.

Marie Claire magazine will feature Streater's work in an upcoming spread, and she will serve as one of the magazine's contributing editors for a year. Brother Sewing and Embroidery is slated to give Streater a sewing studio that she will set up in Philadelphia.  There is also a $100,000 cash prize that is earmarked for Streater to use to invest in her fashion business.

Project Runway All Stars is a spin-off of the 11-year-old fashion reality show Project Runway. This is its fifth year on air.

On the show, past Runway contestants compete to win prizes and try to build on name recognition from previous television appearances. All Stars debuted its fifth season in February and aired 13 episodes.

Actress Alyssa Milano, designers Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman - co-founder of Marchesa - appeared each week as judges. On Thursday, the guest judges - actress Debra Messinger and Marie Claire editor Anne Fulenwider - joined them in naming Streater the season's All Stars winner.
