Troy Davis, 37, of Willingboro, confessed to stealing five laptop computers and a PlayStation game in March 2009 after a baggage handler for American Airlines spotted him hiding the stolen equipment behind an explosive-detection machine. Davis pleaded guilty in October 2009 to theft from interstate or foreign shipments by carrier and theft by a government employee. - Sam Wood
