Police in Charleston, S.C., say that Samuel James Dengel, 20, of Chalfont, was not a guest at a wedding Saturday at the DoubleTree Hotel but that his room overlooked a courtyard where the ceremony was taking place.
The mother of the bride told police that Dengel was watching the wedding from his room, naked, with his genitals pressed against the window.
Another attendee told police that Dengel had a large tattoo on his back and "placed his buttocks against the glass several times and bent over," according to a police report.
Dengel was in the room with a woman, police said, and answered the door wearing only a towel. Police also noticed a large tattoo on his upper back, with the Latin phrase Vi very veniversum virus which roughly means "By the Power of Truth, I, while living, have Conquered the Universe."
Dengel was charged with indecent exposure. He could not be reached for comment Tuesday.
