Riddled with bullets, man is killed in North Philly
A man was shot multiple times and killed early Wednesday in North Philadelphia, police said. Hugh Tancemore, 22, of the 2900 block of West Wishart Street, was found riddled with bullets to the head and body about 2 a.m. at West Cumberland and Bancroft Streets in North Philadelphia, police said. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
