Woman killed by PATCO train identified
The woman who was struck and killed Monday by a PATCO train at Center City's Eighth and Market Station was identified Tuesday as Migdalia Roman-Chaparro, 53, of Camden. PATCO officials said it appears the woman's death was a suicide.
