Police ID 2 Philly homicide victims, search for killers
Police have identified two Philadelphia homicide victims as investigators continue to search for their killers. Authorities on Tuesday identified the slain men as 20-year-old Breon Wills, also known as Shawn Allen, who was killed in a West Philadelphia shooting, and 20-year-old Frankie Mitchell, who died Monday after being stabbed last week in Kensington.

Authorities on Tuesday identified the slain men as 20-year-old Breon Wills, also known as Shawn Allen, who was killed in a West Philadelphia shooting, and 20-year-old Frankie Mitchell, who died Monday after being stabbed last week in Kensington.
Wills, of West Philadelphia, was shot in his pelvis and leg shortly before 2:30 p.m. Monday on the unit block of North Paxon Street. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 3:10 p.m.
Mitchell, of Kensington, was stabbed in his chest on the 3200 block of Shelbourne Street about 2:30 a.m. July 13. Officers took him to Temple University Hospital, where he died at 7:57 a.m. Monday, police said.
The motives for both killings remained unknown Tuesday.
No arrests have been made in either case and police had no descriptions of any suspects.
