Police said a maintenance worker at the Christmas Village saw the two men climb through a first-floor window on the building's South Broad Street entrance around noon. The men were described as 19 to 20 years old, with one wearing a black jacket and blue jeans and the other wearing a tan jacket and dark sweatpants.
Police did not know whether the men took anything from the building.
