A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whoever planted a bomb in a West Chester parking garage last month.

"Someone tried to wreck lives on Sept. 15," Mark W. Potter, special agent in charge of the Philadelphia Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, said in a news release. "It's our job, with the community's help, to continue to pursue anyone involved and bring about justice."

Potter and West Chester Police Chief Scott L. Bohn said they hope that previously released surveillance photos of an individual sought for questioning will generate phone calls.

The white male, who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and an orange t-shirt, was observed near the Mosteller Garage on East Chestnut Street between the hours of 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 15. Police believe he removed the black sweatshirt before leaving the area, the release said.

The bomb, which was discovered Sept. 15 at 7:25 a.m. and described as potentially deadly, prompted daylong building evacuations and traffic detours.

Anyone with information about this individual should contact ATF at 1-888-283-2662 (1-888-ATF-BOMB2).
