Lane closures on I-95, expressway ramp this week
The left lane on southbound Interstate 95 approaching Bartram Avenue (Exit 14) will be closed today through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for barrier construction, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said.

Also, the right lane will be closed on the Vine Street Expressway ramp to the westbound Schuylkill Expressway today through Thursday from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for Intelligent Transportation System equipment installation, PennDot said.
