Police ID victim in bar shooting

Philadelphia police Saturday morning identified Damaine Barber as the 35-year-old man who was shot to death Friday night inside an East Germantown bar.

Barber, from the 800 block of East Woodlawn Street, was shot once in the chest inside T&J's Lounge at Woodlawn and Boyer Streets, police said. No arrests were reported.
