Police ID man slain in Logan

Police have released the name of a man fatally shot Saturday night in the city's Logan section.

Kemuel Dixon, 32, was gunned down on the block where he lived, the 1300 block of Windrim Avenue.

Police were called about 11:05 p.m., and Dixon, shot in the hip and shoulder, was pronounced dead at the scene at 11:12 p.m.

Investigators were trying to determine suspects and a motive.
