A 19-year-old man was killed and another man wounded Saturday in Upper Frederick Township in what state police are calling a dispute over a woman.

Troopers called to a home on Snyder Road just after 8 p.m. found Zachary Levin of Barto shot dead in the driveway. Joshua Levin, 34, also of Barto, described by police as his adoptive father, was shot in an arm and was treated at a hospital and released.

The two men had gone to the home in the 1700 block of Snyder Road to confront the apparent shooter. The woman, who was not identified, was a witness, Trooper Brad Furlong said. He described the shooting as a "domestic altercation," but declined to provide further details.

"They did go over there and they did end up being shot," Furlong said.

The shooter surrendered without resistance and was being questioned Sunday night. He is expected to face charges.
