Arrest made in weekend slaying in NE Philadelphia
A 25-year-old man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man in Northeast Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon, police said.

George Cobb was charged today with murder and related offenses in the death of Donald Mines, of the 1300 block of Wells Street in the Castor section.
Police said Cobb shot Mines in the chest during an argument on the block where the victim lived about 4:20 p.m. Medics pronounced Mines dead at the scene.
Cobb lives nearby on the 1400 block of Fanshawe Street. police said.

Police said they are looking for a known suspect in the shooting death early Saturday of a 23-year-old Bear, Del., man on the 2200 block of South 63rd Street in Southwest Philadelphia's Elmwood section.
Edward Wilson was shot in the back and arm about 3:40 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Investigators have not yet disclosed a possible motive.
About 90 minutes earlier, Dwayne Dixon, 22, of Darby, Delaware County, was shot in the head, neck and chest while sitting in 1994 Toyota Camry on the 4900 block of Girard Avenue in West Philadelphia's Parkside section.
Dixon died at the scene and investigators have not reported if they have a determined why he was shot.
Police are looking for two men in the shooting death of Bryan Jones, 47, on the unit block of West Rockland Street late Friday.
Jones and another man were sitting on the porch of Jones' home about 11:40 p.m. when the pair walked up and one of them shot him the head, police said.
He was pronounced dead at the Albert Einstein Medical Center at 11:58 p.m.
Again, no word on a motive.
The city offers a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killers in any of the city's homicides.
