Water main break affects traffic in U. Moreland

Upper Moreland Township police are advising motorists to avoid Moreland Road between York and Easton Roads because of a water main break. Traffic is restricted to one lane in each direction.

Aqua PA is on scene for repairs. Police do know yet know when the work will be completed.
