The New Jersey Lottery said the lucky ticket was sold at the ShopRite at 542 Berlin Cross Keys Road in Sicklerville.
The ticket matched all six numbers drawn: 1, 25, 26, 31, 35 and 46.
Lottery officials said the ShopRite will get a $10,000 bonus for selling the prizewinning ticket.
It's been a lucky week for New Jersey's Pick 6 players: In addition to Thursday's jackpot win, an Ocean County ticket won the $5.4 million top prize in Monday's Pick 6 game.
The Pick 6 jackpot now resets again to $2 million for the forthcoming Monday drawing.
