Man killed in Mount Laurel tow truck crash

A man driving a flat-bed tow truck died when the vehicle veered off a highway and crashed into the woods Thursday night in Mount Laurel, authorities said.

The accident was reported just after 7:25 p.m. on northbound Interstate 295 just north of Exit 36 in Mount Laurel, the state police said.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the accident was under investigation.
