N.J. man dumps woman's body in woods after she dies in hotel
An autopsy later determined the woman died of a brain hemorrhage.
A South Jersey man has been charged with dumping a woman's body in the woods after she died of natural causes in their Cinnaminson hotel room.
According to officials, on July 3, Sahbaz and Sevgi Yilmaz, 39, of Edgewater Park, went to the Hallmark Inn on Route 130 South where Yilmaz died of what was later determined by autopsy to be a brain hemorrhage, according to the prosecutor's office.
Instead of calling authorities, Sahbaz drove Yilmaz’s body three blocks and dumped her in a wooded area bordering the Pennsauken Creek near and Calhoun Street. He then parked her car close to the area.
A Cinnaminson police officer patrolling the area found the car, which had been listed in a missing person’s report Yilmaz’s family filed on July 4, according to the prosecutor’s office.
