Crew of crashed private jet identified

As a child, Bauke "Mike" de Vries dreamed of becoming a pilot. "He said he wanted to put wings on and just try to fly," his wife, Shelly de Vries, said Monday at their home in a Marlton neighborhood of lush front lawns and two-story homes.

The flight crew that died in a fiery crash aboard Lewis Katz's private plane this weekend had flown for the millionaire businessman and philanthropist for nearly a decade, and included pilot James McDowell (bottom left) and co-pilot Bauke "Mike" de Vries of Marlton, N.J.
