Perri Sr. pleads guilty to Traffic Court charges

Fortunato Perri Sr., once the scourge of scofflaws as a Philadelphia Traffic Court judge, shuffled meekly into another courtroom Wednesday to join the traffic bench's increasingly crowded wall of shame.
